Phthalates Detection Pyrolysis – Gas Chromatography

Phthalates Detection Pyrolysis

The RoHS 2.0 compliant Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography system is designed specifically for phthalate detection with optimized features for quick and environmentally friendly analysis.

Rapid Screening

Avoids complicated pretreatment process; RoHS 2.0 compliant analysis completed within 20 minutes.

No Discharge of Waste

No water or liquid waste is generated, and no chemical reagents are required, meeting RoHS 2.0 environmental standards, thus exempt from environmental impact assessment (EIA).

Simple Sample Preparation

Sample preparation is straightforward and RoHS 2.0 compliant: simply cut and weigh the sample before analysis.

Programmed Heating

RoHS 2.0 compliant pyrolysis is precisely controlled by programmed temperature design.

Sample Adaptability

Compatible with samples in solid, liquid, colloidal, powder, and other forms, meeting RoHS 2.0 testing standards.

Main Applications

Detects RoHS 2.0 phthalate esters in polymers, especially in plastics, electronics, and other materials requiring RoHS 2.0 compliance.

Functional Features

– RoHS 2.0 compliant rapid screening and simple operation

– Temperature-programmed design ensures precise pyrolysis temperature control

– Short preparation time thanks to a RoHS 2.0 compliant heat dissipation system

– No cold spot during injection, ensuring RoHS 2.0 compliant repeatability and accuracy

– Eliminates the need for organic solvents, aligning with RoHS 2.0 standards

– Suitable for multiple substrates (gas, liquid, solid) in RoHS 2.0 testing

– User-friendly, RoHS 2.0 compliant software for professional operation

– High repeatability in line with RoHS 2.0 requirements due to advanced temperature and pressure control.

Sample Processing

– Cut particles from sample to obtain 0.5-1.5 mg and place in quartz sample boat.

– For RoHS 2.0 phthalate detection, the liquid sample can be injected directly.

– Place the quartz sample boat in the injection tube, ready for RoHS 2.0 compliant analysis.

Reference Conditions

– RoHS 2.0 compliant pyrolysis temperature program: 100 °C → (72 °C/min) → 280 °C (2 min)

– Transmission line temperature: 300 °C

– Split injection: solid weight 0.5-1 mg, liquid approx. 1 µl (following RoHS 2.0 guidelines)

– FID detector and injection port temperatures: 300 °C

– Programmed from 100 °C (hold 1 min) to 300 °C at 20 °C/min (hold 14 min), RoHS 2.0 compliant.

Environmental Requirements

– RoHS 2.0 compliant operation temperature of 15-35 °C; optimal temperature 18-28 °C, minimal fluctuation.

– Relative humidity ≤ 75%, aligning with RoHS 2.0 testing standards.

– Non-condensing, non-corrosive environment is essential, meeting RoHS 2.0 regulations.

– Dust particle density ≤ 80 mg/m³, following RoHS 2.0 guidelines.

Electrical Requirements

– Voltage range: 220 V ± 10 V, frequency: 50 Hz, fully RoHS 2.0 compliant.

– Grounded power supply, free from strong electromagnetic interference as per RoHS 2.0.

– Three plug-in boards with 10A three-pin plugs, RoHS 2.0 approved.

– Recommended: UPS with >10 KVA power for RoHS 2.0 compliant setup.

– Experiment Table Requirements for Instrument Installation

– Provide ample space for RoHS 2.0 compliant Py, GC, PC, printer, and accessories.

– Table must be flat and stable to support up to 120 kg, in line with RoHS 2.0 standards.

– Reserve ≥0.5 m around the table for operation, avoiding wall proximity, RoHS 2.0 compliant.

– Exhaust system installation above the experiment table is recommended, following RoHS 2.0 guidelines.

– Recommended table size: 250 cm x 80 cm x 75 cm, RoHS 2.0 compliant.

Sample Processing Experiment Table Requirements
